New Construction Inspection
An independent, third-party evaluation of your newly built home — before your builder's warranty period ends, while issues are still theirs to fix.
A new home isn't a finished home just because it's never been lived in. Builders and their crews move fast, and it's common to find framing, roofing, electrical, or plumbing items that don't match code or the builder's own standards. We inspect new construction the same way we inspect a resale — thoroughly, and with no relationship to the builder — so any issues we find are documented as leverage, not a suggestion.
We recommend scheduling this near the end of your one-year builder's warranty period so you have time to get any findings addressed while they're still the builder's responsibility. It's also common to schedule a pre-drywall inspection during construction, before framing, plumbing, and electrical rough-in are sealed behind walls.
