Drone Roof Inspection
High-resolution aerial imaging of roof sections that are too steep, too high, or too fragile to safely walk — without sacrificing detail.
Some roofs shouldn't be walked — steep pitches, aging tile, or safety concerns on a hot South Florida afternoon are all good reasons to keep an inspector off the surface. Rather than skip those sections or rely on binoculars from the ground, we fly a drone to capture close, high-resolution imagery of the entire roof, including ridges, valleys, and flashing details a ladder can't reach safely.
This gives you the same level of detail as a walked inspection — cracked or missing tiles, deteriorated flashing, ponding water, debris — without added risk to the inspector or the roof itself. It's included as part of most of our full home and 4-point inspections when conditions call for it, and available as a standalone service for a closer look at roof condition alone.
